Stopping by in person? We can handle everything on demand in our office at Revoluční 763/15, 110 00 Prague 1. You can pay in cash or by card.
1. Choose the registered office address and the period you will use it for, and send us your order.
2. We’ll contact you and prepare the documents. We will need the company name and a copy of the Executive’s ID (if the company doesn’t exist yet, the planned data will suffice). If you’re not the Executive, submit a power of attorney stating you can arrange the registered office address on their behalf.
3. After the contract is signed and payment received, we’ll send you the consent with the official registered office by mail or email.
Or we can arrange a meeting in person and handle everything on demand at our office.
You then decide whether to pick up the standard letter for free at our office on Revoluční Street or we can scan it or forward it to another address for a fee.
For registered mail, you can pick it up directly at a Czech Post Office or have it forwarded elsewhere on their online interface.
If your partnership agreement or articles of association only state the city, which happens to be the same as your new registered office address (e.g., Prague), then the change doesn’t require a notarial act. Simply submit the change proposal to the Commercial Register.
Otherwise, the address must be changed in the partnership agreement via a notary (and, preferably, provide only the city, to avoid this issue in the future). Only after can the change proposal be sent to the Commercial Register.

What does the law say about virtual registered office addresses?
According to the law, your company must have a registered office address. Without one, it can’t be entered into the Commercial Register.
